Nose: Great Malty full-flavour of Irish Whiskey with toasted almond, coffee and peanut overtones.

Taste: Smooth and silky on the palate, well rounded, with the full 40% vol. Alerting the palate, followed by honeyed sweetness, coffee, almond and peanut lingering.

Serving suggestions

Eblana Irish Whiskey Liqueur is delicious on the rocks, or with a dash of Soda to release the bouquet. It is an enjoyable winter drink with its warming qualities and a refreshing summer drink when served with plenty of crushed ice or sparkling water.

There is something really special about a whiskey liquer. Eblana is a perfect example of a whiskey liqueur. The caramel is enhanced on the nose with hints of vanilla and hazelnuts and then the malty strength of the whiskey comes through. Smooth with toffee and honey on the tongue and then the whiskey comes through with impact. In the mouth the warmth of the whiskey flavour develops along with coffee and hazelnuts.
